During tougher times, we may meet more than once a week.

Under some circumstances, and only if you find it appropriate, it may be advisable to reinforce your support network by including someone significant in your life in the sessions, like a relative or a significant other. 

Sometimes, and for different reasons, a small number of patients may benefit from the collaboration

with a medical doctor. For example, a doctor can assess the need of prescribing medication for reducing the severity of some symptoms.

Additional sources of support can be of help. Support groups or Helplines/Hotlines for Crisis are available and can be an excellent complement of your individual therapy with me.
